The Effect of Training Program in Counseling and Group Guidance
on Career Maturity and Decision Making Among Male and Female Student
of the Tenth Basic Class in Hebron Directorate School.

          This study aims to test the effect of training program in vocational group guidance
on career maturity and decision making . And to test the influence of each of sex,place of living, family income ,student scientific acquisition, parents learning and works on career maturity and decision making Among male and female student of the tenth basic class in Hebron directorate school.
           The society consists of all male and female student in the tenth grade in Hebron Educational Directorate .
The total number of the population research reached(4563) male and female .The sample research reached (263) male and female i.e. (0.058) of the population .The sample is described as being stratified and random.The researcher used means, ANOVA, t-test, Cronbach Alpha stability coefficient and the SPSS-PC.
 The study put forward four questions and eighteen hypotheses were derived from them .the results of the study are as follow :
1-There were significant statistical differences at the (0.05) level between degree of the experimental and control group on decision making scale for experimental group (F value     15.66 .a=0.001) which indicates that the program was effective in improving the skills of making decisions for experimental group .
2-There were significant statistical differences between the degree of experimental and control group on Career maturity scale for experimental group (F value 10.89 a=0.001) for       post test which indicates that the program was effective in improving the career maturity level for experimental group.
3-There were no significant statistical differences between the student degrees   on decision making scale refers to student sex (F value 0.003 a=0.958) . which proves that the first hypothesis was accepted .
4-There were significant statistical differences between males and females on career maturity scale refers to student sex for females (F value 16.03 a=0.001).
5-There were significant statistical differences between student degrees on decision making scale refers to the place of living for student from the city (F value 7.98 a=0.005).
6-There were significant statistical differences between students degrees on career maturity scale refers to the place of living for student from the village (F value 5.69 a=0.017).
7-There were significant statistical differences between students degrees on decision making scale refers to the level of student family income for the increasing family income (F value 16.45 a=0.001).
8-There were significant statistical differences between student family income categories for the increasing family income on career maturity scale refers   to the level of family income (F value 15.02 a=0.001) .
9-There were significant statistical differences between students scientific acquisition level category for the groups (average 80 and more ) on decision making scale (F value 15.71 a=0.001).
10-There were significant statistical differences between students on career maturity scale refers to the higher student average (scores) (F value 29.36 a=0.001).
11-There was a significant statistical difference between students on decision making scale refers to father academic level (F value 4.40 a=0.002) .Post Hoc Test appears that the differences for the group number 5 (graduate or more) from one side and the group number1 (illiteracy) and the group number2 from the another side.
12-There were significant statistical differences between student father academic level   on career maturity scale for the group number 5 (graduate or more) and group number3(preparatory) (F value 5.62   a=0.001) . 
13-There were significant statistical differences between students degrees on decision making scale refers to mother academic level for group number 5 (graduate or more) (F value 6.36 .a=0.001)
14-There were significant statistical differences between students degrees on career maturity scale refers to mother academic level for group number 5 (graduate or more) (F value 3.25 a=0.012).
15-There were significant statistical differences between students degrees on decision making scale refers to father work category for the employees than workers (F value 4.25 a=0.001)
16-There was a significant statistical difference between students on career maturity scale refers to father work category (F value 2.87   a=0.006) .
17-There were significant statistical differences between students on decision making scale refers to mother work category (F value 3.83 a=0.018) .
18-There were no significant statistical differences between students on career maturity scale refers to mother work category (F value 1.97 a=0.118).
                      The study terminated with some immediate related recommendation with the subject of the study .
